CNN just did a write up on this Contemporary Eco-Village in Georgia called Serenbe. It’s actually a really nice looking community and the reason I wanted to share this with everyone this that I think that the founder of the Serenbe Community has really been able to transform their vision of a small “village model” community with a mix of larger homes, high density housing (not anywhere near the scale KL is trying to do), and the neighbor shops.

Take a look at the dog park, perhaps KL and CCMC can take some notes from the Serenbe Community, seems if they have done a great job.
