Send in your application and payment to East Farms LLC, 4910 West Canvasback Lane West Point, UT 84015 . For those who are not familiar with the term CSA (Community Supported Agriculture): A CSA is where members of the local community pay a fee at the beginning of the growing season to meet a farm's operating expenses for the upcoming season. In return, these members or "shareholders," receive a portion of the farm's produce each week throughout the growing season. .
