Myself and a few other homeowners met with Kennecott Land the other night and we agreed on a plan that would not only have a pool facility just like the pool in Eastlake Village built in the empty lot next to the DCC, but would also transition the ownership of the DCC to the Daybreak Homeowners. This is still in the works and Kennecott Land has already done their reserve analysis and approved the plan. So the plan would be for Kennecott Land to fund and develop the Founders Village Pool early next spring/summer to be ready for a Summer 2010 opening and the Daybreak Homeowner Fund would make monthly payments towards the ownership of the DCC and pay back the cost for developing the Founders Village Pool. This monthly cost would replace the $22,000 rent the Daybreak Homeowners are currently paying for a 20 year of the DCC, so basically but not exactly we are replacing a 20 year monthly rent into a 20 year monthly mortgage payment.
