I was just wondering if anyone has a good referral for a storage facility. I am unhappy that Daybreak is raising our storage fees over 100% at one time. I called and asked if there are going to be changes to the storage facility to justify such a rate hike from $30.00 a month to $65.00 a month and was told no.

Acgars, see the posts under Energy Savings Packet. Don't know how they got there other than continued folks upset by the HOA practices but they're there.

Oops, I think that was partially my fault! And yes, its hard not to bring up other issues when discussing the HOA. Anyways, I started a new thread with several places acgars. You have plenty of options, especially since I didn't call everywhere and I only posted the cheapest rates I found (many more were reasonable considering you get more bang for your buck than any of us do currently...). I'll keep updating it as I hear back from more places.
