Anyone else laughing at the response? I wonder, does anyone actually believe that the HOA will address any of our questions or concerns? They couldn't even do it on the message board they provided us on the old site, and they had residents helping answer the questions! Besides, after the chaos of the huntsman fundraiser and all the different information in various places (put up by the HOA), I'm wondering who is really the cause of "misinformation", the residents or the HOA. I'm betting on the residents as being the ones that are more capable of providing up to date info since we're the ones that live here!

I am suprised the email from the HOA isn't exactly the same as the others...the funny thing is that it is the HOA and KL that will not answer the simple questions submitted by homewoners. Nor does the HOA or KL assist (in most cases) homeowners that are having issues with their brand new homes. We all know that some of the builders here in Daybreak (not all, some are really good) are terrible about fixing any warranty issues and in most cases the residents have to sue their builder to get anything done...

Anyways the only misinformatino fed to the community is from the HOA and KL, and the only trustworthy up to date and valid information comes from the Daybreak Residents...

And should we be surprised? They are just the offspring of their parent company Kennecott Utah Copper who is still reeling from the sludge pond dam cover-up scandal uncovered in Magna earlier this year. Come to think of it, I wonder what is REALLY killing the fishies in Oquirrh Lake. What nasty little tidbit might KL be keeping from everyone? I'll bet if we ever hear the truth it won't be from KL.
