, did not fully read the message and tried to sign in earlier than 6pm (around noon) When my name and address didn't match, and couldn't find the support button, I called the 800 number and spoke to one of the support people at the software company...(answered on the first ring after entering the extension) ....she said that Daybreak hadn't been switched over yet and the reason that I wasn't found was because my name (of course) wasn't in the AssociationVoice database, but was in the Daybreak database. She said she'd call Tina and let her know.
I then went back and read the 6pm start up time and felt silly. But then, it's 5:30 am Saturday and still not available.
