There are two wall dispensers that have sanitizing wipes it the workout area. I am there every so often, and have seen almost everyone use them when they are done.

Maybe once a month, they ran out of supply. Rarely, but happens at times.
I wish more people would have used them to clean up after they're done; unfortunately, they don't.
People in many gyms bring their own towels to wipe down the machine. I'm members of several gyms and that's a common practice.
People need to have better aim too; can't even hit the basket with the paper.

What you won't see in the budget, Davix, is a 4% raise for HOA employees while many of us are struggling. 1 out of 5 houses, in Daybreak, is in default. Yes, we're paying for their internet and amenity upkeep.

A HOA that will not enforce their own covenants. They spend $.59 cents of our money to send out a letter telling of the fines if you violate,but do not go out and solve the problems.
Cars parked since before Christmas and never have moved- Impound streets for storage $$$$
Trailers parked in streets,driveways- Impound the ones in street and fine the rest $$$$
Garbage cans that sit out for days at a time- Fine them $$$
Rental property that is not maintained- Maintain it and bill owner $$$$
With all this extra fine income maybe we could have our fees lowered ??

Yeah, I went through their mass mail yesterday. List lots of fines and stuff. Sounds like a paper tiger unless they're able to back up their action.

One thing that i disagree with is you get fined if your trash can is still out after garbage day. If people are on vacation, or in the hospital, or ... they're going to fine them? I do hope the neighbors will jump in and help out on this one.

Mowing the lawn every 7 days??? What happen if my grass doesn't grow that fast? I want to see them enforcing that one.

Did we pay people a lot of $$$ to make up these languages in their/our covenant?
