Oh, are there Jennie Stephens supporters HERE? You guys wont tear me apart for calling certain areas "ghetto"!! The certain people who loved giving me a hard time are just hateful people who love to hear or read their own voices. They mean nothing to me, and frankly I am happy I dont ever see them around. If I knew where Rich S lived I would leave my toddlers diaper pale on his porch burning in flames!

I don't care how you phrase it - I just want to make sure that it is all low-income (financially challenged) units or if it is the mandated percentage of financially challenged units. But I guess if we choose to live in a New Urbanism neighborhood - we need to embrace ALL levels??

it is ALL section 8 housing, 288 units have been approved and the other 478 will be approved on 7/10 per the Herriman City Council...I will have more details next week
