Is it possible to report things annonamusly or does a name need to be submitted as well?

(Sorry about the poor spelling. Is there no spell check on this board? I usually like to hide the fact that I'm a bad speller! )

via the daybreakdaily you can be annonamus, via the HOA you can't....that is why the HOC put up the form on the daybreakdaily

So if my neighbor/friend has a junk-o-truck on cinder blocks in the front yard with weeds 2 ft tall around it and I report it, they can find out who blew the whistle and thus end our friendship? Or can the whistle blower stay confidential? I don't mind giving my name on the form. I just may no want to cause a rift with a neighbor.

the hoa says they would keep your name confidential, however in the past they said this and it didn't happen. I hope and think under Derek's watch this could be prevented.

It has, actually, started: the HOA had a property mowed and spruced up. Of course, the weeds weren't removed (as they are required to be by the governing documents) but they were mowed down. The owner will be billed. Did I mention that the house was
adjacent to the HOA and across from the information center? Hey, it's a start!
