Are you referring to the GM Lofts?? If so, I don't have much to say other than I think there are MUCH better options out there. I'd rather live in an apartment than one of those. Surprising that they are so close in price to Holmes flats which I prefer and offer more (including a garage!).

The only thing going up below the second roundabout are apartments. I don't think Gold Medallion can get the financing to build the lofts.

Yes, I was referring to the Gold Medallion lofts although I've only seen the layout online (I don't go past soda row very often). It wouldn't surprise me if they couldn't get financing though considering they couldn't even pay their subs in a timely manner last I heard. You know there are problems when the subs want to paid up front or will do very little work at a time due to past problems with payment!

I know of one sub who is DOWN to about $70,000 in accounts receivable from Gold Medallion. They tried to give him a credit toward a GM home and, when he said he would agree if they built one for him rather than take one from their inventory, GM couldn't get the bank to fund the construction.
