I'm a home owner in Daybreak and therefore have access to the gym in the community center. If I have family members staying with me for a while, do they have to pay to use the gym? Is there any guest pass that is free?

To answer your two questions, we do not pay for your guests; they have to pay and, to my knowledge, there is no free lunch.

The passes are $5 per day. But, you can get an all in one pass for the same price that allows access to boats and pools as well in the summer.

Last I checked, you can get a monthly pass for about $25 but that was over a year ago so it may have gone up since then. But no, guests don't get in free to anything. This was made very clear last summer when they wouldn't even let guests ride in the same boats that homeowners were taking out.
