Hmm, we never got a letter saying we were in compliance or not, although I do know someone who got a letter of non compliance since their yard wasn't completed yet. I did email the contact in the email that when out about this, but I never got a response.

Hmmm, wonder if I should take it as "No news is good news" or just wait for my fines to show up. I had a little run in with the previous HOA personnel when I bought the house and inherited the previous owner's non-compliances. I finished the yard but don't have a letter yet. I guess I could go to the office and check but I would rather cut off my toe.
