OOH I think I got one. How about the fiber optics for high speed internet? The very first phase of Founders doesn't have it. So it wasn't originally planned.

The funky climbing wall fixture at the park on Open Hill was built after the park was opened. It is better than what was there before - nothing. The re-do of the "pools" above the waterfall and the lining of the "stream" at that Park were a needed change. I think the change is nicer than the original. I can't for the life of me remember the name of that park. Correct me if I am wrong, I don't believe the docks at Oquirrh Lake were in the original plans. They stand in the area that was planned as the infamous beach club.

We live in Phase 1 of Founder's Park Village and when we purchased our home (during Daybreak's grand opening) we were told we would have Fiber Optics. Our home is actually wired for Fiber Optics but the ground work was not in place on time. Kennecott Land did not have a contract with Qwest in time for Phase 1 to have fiber optics. We were a bit perturbed when we found out we weren't getting fiber optics.

The house we rented there didn't even have the wiring in place.
