I received an email today from the HOA that said;
We are very excited to share this announcement with you! Effective today, Friday, August 22, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the new Community website.

So at 6:10 I tried to sign up, but can't. They say my information doesn't match what was supplied by the HOA. Then it directed me to click on support. There is no "support" to click on.

Who brings up a web site on Friday night? Everyone knows a website will have glitches on the first round.

So I guess I have to wait till Monday to be excited.

Ran into the same problem. Glad to hear that there is someone else that is having issues, I was beginning to think I didn't know my own address.

What else could we expect though, for it to work right away?!?! It is the HOA we are talking about!

Same problem here. I think it is ridiculous! You would think they would test it before making it public- especially after it has been offline for so long.

I, of course , did not fully read the message and tried to sign in earlier than 6pm (around noon) When my name and address didn't match, and couldn't find the support button, I called the 800 number and spoke to one of the support people at the software company...(answered on the first ring after entering the extension) ....she said that Daybreak hadn't been switched over yet and the reason that I wasn't found was because my name (of course) wasn't in the AssociationVoice database, but was in the Daybreak database. She said she'd call Tina and let her know.

I then went back and read the 6pm start up time and felt silly. But then, it's 5:30 am Saturday and still not available.

Apparently none of us live here. I would love to call the HOA for support ... wait they aren't there to help when I need it. At least daybreakdaily.com is consistent.
