So, we were checking out the elementary school on a recent house hunting trip, and I looked up and noticed the sign on the cafeteria.

Is this for real, or is this some sort of strange Utah lingo? If this is correct, it didn't leave us very confident in the school system, plus I'm happy with our current hair styles.
Can someone get this changed, or correct my understanding of the appropriate spelling of "multi-purpose"
