All of the ethernet cables are what's wired into your home so you can connect those into the ports on the wireless as well if you have computers hooked up directly(and assuming you have a router with ports... ours has 4 which is the same that the builder router had), but yes, you have one line going in and should have several going out. I don't have mine in front of me or I could give more detail but I think you have the idea!

That's exactly how we did it. Looking at the back of your wireless router you will find multiple ports. Looking at mine (linksys) it is marked for the input (cable coming from the qwest service) and output (the cables that feed throughout the house). You will be very happy once it's changed.
