What are your thoughts on Kennecott Land trying to sell the lot next to the DCC to the Daybreak Community instead of giving it to the Daybreak Community...

I think that a splash pad/bbq/playground type area or area's would be nice and perhaps more affordable. However something has to be done, I can't stand looking at the empty lot anymore.

I thought the pool and/or amenities discussion was for the "weed lot" directly south of the DCC between the street accessing the DCC front door and the SW DCC parking lot. That one is about an acre and will fall into the KL pricing point of $500,000. The lot
between Kestrel Rise and the DCC access street isn't available, is it?
