Auditions for Peter Pan: September 2 & 3, 2008We need children*, teen-agers, & adults to audition!
*There are only two parts for 6 and under: Tinkerbell and Michael.

There will be two ways to audition:
1. Singing: Sing 16 bars/30 seconds of a Broadway Style song
2. Acting: Present a 30 second upbeat, memorized monologue

Audition Form (17 and under) will be available starting August 12
Audition Form (18+) will be available starting August 12
Every one who auditions will be required to have a signed audition form.

We also need backstage help! If you would like to help, fill out an audition form and mark the backstage area you are interested in.


A special AUDITION WORKSHOP is being offer by Daybreak Community Theatre on August 23 from 9-11 AM at the Daybreak Community Center. At this workshop you will work with a trained director on how to make your audition the best it can be. This workshop is for anyone who would like to audition for Peter Pan. Cost is $10 per person/ $25 per family.

How exciting. This will a great play for the community! If my daughter wasnt so shy I would totally have her audition!

Jennifer, Toni Butler will be doing an off track theatre school which may help your little one catch the bug. You can find the link on the DCT website. We will do a total of four shows in the next 12 months including Aristocats which is a production for and by K-6th grade.

Wow, My Lily would love that! I will look into it and see if she is BRAVE enough! We were so bummed when the tickets for Wizard of oz sold out... we will make sure to get our Peter pan tickets early! thanks for the info!
