If you are interested in buying a house that is already done, there are so many options at great prices. Plus, you know what you are getting. After 2-3 years, most the construction issues on a house have floated to the surface (especially on Harvest Rain - LOL).

Actually, I though Richmond was pretty easy to work with during the building process, just lacked follow through. As with any builder, you have to be there constantly and reveiw and inspect the process. One builder may use more than one tile contractor, for example. We really liked the framers that built our house, but our friends down the street had different framers, and they sucked. Just be careful, right? Good luck with your move!
