Hi all. Moving in to daybreak this week. Can anyone tell me for sure or point me in the right direction on if the HOA allows us to replace our default mounted house numbers with something custom? The ones on the place I'm moving in to are the standard plaque with goldish/silver numbers. I'm hoping to do something a little more modern. Thanks!

I'm not an expert on the HOA restrictions, but I do know that I added a flagpole to the house without problems.

If you want to go through the proper channels, it's best to make a complete list of EVERYTHING you want to do to the exterior of the house (paint, fence, landscaping, etc.) and submit them all for review at once. Then you don't need to deal with the HOA for every little thing you'd like to change to the exterior.
