I know this thread is pretty old, but I just have to add that I really LOVED working with Rainey Homes. Every single person I dealt with was nice, professional, and helpful. They really went the extra mile.

I love hearing good things about some of the builders. I have to say I've always been impressed with Rainey... probably because they've always been nice to my family! My own builder had a sales person be rude to my husband and I once she realized she wasn't getting a sale from us (we were in the model where we were told to go to find the super and a different agent had sold to us!). Some builders forget that it is a 30 year investment but its nice to hear that some do remember that and treat people appropriately!
