The link in the main menu is the Daybreak HOA electronic CC&R questions and concerns form that can be completed and will be submitted directly to the Daybreak HOA office. The reason the Daybreak Daily is providing this form via electronically is because the cost for the Daybreak HOA office to put this online on the internal site would be very pricy due to the current status and relationship between the Daybreak HOA office and the web service company the internal Daybreak site is being maintained by right now. This electronically allows you to submit any complaints or concerns anonymously and as mentioned above is directly submitted to the Daybreak HOA office.

Thanks, Scoop. Also, do you know if there is anywhere online that lists the landscaping rules? I am making some changes and can't find it anywhere.

I have the rules posted on the CC&R link (not the form one), if there are any gray area questions post them here and luckyfish can answer them for you...

Thanks again for the cool site.
This is a question for Luckyfish:
We recently bought a home in EV with a tiny backyard but would like to be able to have our kids play in the front yard. Question is about fencing front yard. Short white picket fences OK? How do I go about getting this approved?
Thanks.
Dave

Luckyfish,
I see nothing that states there must be "shade trees in a yard" Do smaller ornamental trees count as the required trees? I'm thinking of pulling out the someday large ash tree that was planted in my front yard and replacing it with something smaller and more ornamental, maybe columnar. I don't want my whole yard shady as I'm trying to grow some some small fruit trees and a small garden. I live in Eastlake.
Dave,
Maybe you could do iron. Several houses/townhomes have the short wrought iron fences. they look nice and blend in with what is here already. You may have an easier time getting it approved.

Good idea LCast. I did see the wrought iron fences today, they look nice.
