Hey Everyone, I am newly registered to the website, but wanted to ask you all a question. I have been dealing with an issue with HOA on pricing.

I had been told multiple times that my homeowners fee for a parkside home in north-shore is $93 a month..

Now, does this include the $35 internet telecommunication fee or not?

It should, yes. There is a section in Founder's PArk that does not include the internet, though. But if you are in Eastlake or North Shore, that should be included.

Thank you for the information.

I have been fighting with Daybreak about the issues I have been having. Now that I brought an ex-realtor in HOA into the mix, they are telling her that the dues do NOT include the $35 telecommunity charge.
