So, I've noticed all the new signs out for the new rules, but I'm wondering if they will ever be enforced. My personal favorite is all the cars that park RIGHT in front of the no parking anytime signs. As the park by the lake gets busier, I have a feeling that the new rules won't make a bit of difference since bad habits are already beginning with the lack of enforcement.

For parking issues we (as residents) will need to call the City and have them send a parking enforment officer up to the lake. Parking is a city issue not an HOA issue.

Yes, I'm aware that parking is a city issue. I'm still wondering if its going to be enforced at all as the city put up the signs. From whats been posted, I thought the police were being contracted out to watch the area. I have seen cops drive past the park on a number of occassions but it seems parking is still ignored.
