Hello, "Just", In the past, Kennecott's security force (rented from Securitas) patrolled the construction sites and undeveloped sites and their vehicles were white trucks. The HOA security officers WERE Securitas employees but the officers were virtually eliminated in a budget-cutting measure ($92,000+, I believe) a few months ago and the only officer on duty is now a bicycle/foot patrol person who is stationed at the lake and surrounding parks. I'm not sure if they are Securitas or not. The HOA officer(s) are allowed to arrive for duty in their personal vehicles and use the bike for patrol. Most often, they leave the personal vahicles at the HOA office but some of them take them to the lake area and spend WAY too much time sittlng in them, talking to the girls walking in the area and not patrolling. It could have been one in a personal vehicle or one in a KLC truck. At any rate, Mr. McCutcheon or Mr. Tarries can (if they will) track down the offender from the duty assignments at their companies. The previous advice to contact them with dates and times is solid and I urge you to to take that route.
