Does anybody know who is over the security guards?? I called the cops on one yesterday after seeing a white truck parked on my street every sunday for several months for hours at a time (yes, I realize I should've called sooner but the driver typically slept the entire time and didn't think much of it!). He told the officer that he was on break yesterday (for over 3 hours???) but that he was security, which the officer did verify.
I'm sure he will find somewhere else to park now that the cops have been called on him (they drive plain white ford rangers with no indication of being security in case anybody starts seeing one on their street!) but I'd still like to report him seeing as our HOA money has been paying for this guy to sleep for at least half of his shift every sunday. If anybody has any information, I'd certainly appreciate it!

I would email Derek (HOA) and CC it to Ty (KL). But unless you have pictures of him sleeping I doubt anything will be done, unless the police filled out some type of report.

White pickups belong to KL security, not HOA.

Ahhh, thanks Girl... the officer told me that we were paying for the security. Either way, I think I'll still contact Kennecott since I'm sure they'd appreciate knowing that their security takes 4+ hour naps while on the clock!

The officer is correct, we do pay for a security service. You will see them at the lake with an occasional side trip to the skate park.

Yes, I am aware that we pay for a form of security. He just led me to believe the security parked on my street was the one we were paying for. Either way, just goes to show the high caliber type of people being hired to work in our community, either for our HOA or kennecott!
