Hi all,

We are having an issue with our basement slab cracking badly enough that we can't put in a finished floor without getting it repaired. Our main concern (other than repair costs) is that this cracking wasn't significant until recently and is continuing to worsen. The house is 4 years old and I want to talk to someone at Destination about the issue before going up the warranty chain (which is a big PITA and the slab may not even be covered under the structural warranty).
