The City of South Jordan has finally installed "No Parking At all Times" signs on the SE side (odd number) of Topcrest Dr. FINALLY!

Hopefully people will be better now about parking on only one side of the street and this will be enforced.

finally...I have been working with the C of SJ on some of the traffice issues recently and we are getting 2 radar speed signs installed on Pale Moon Lane between Oakmond and Krestle Rise in the next few weeks. And I am alos working with them on setting up some traffic data collecting strips and equipment in some other areas of concern her in the next week or two.

They have also placed them on the lower portion of Grandville.

Hasn't seemed to stop people from parking on that side of the street. They just don't park right in front of the sign.

Joe, How about getting stop signs on "the Canyons" (east sides)
which run between Blue Rise and Lookout? Can't believe there aren't any and the ordinance which requires cars to stop when entering from a "feeder" street to a continuous street is ignored. There are stop signs on the west ends but none on the east ends. I've been "near-missed" several times but using the old Defensive Driving skills has proven to be my only salvation. Since running stop signs seems to be a local "sport", the police are beginning to notice and take action...none too soon, in my opinion. Sitting on the corner of Oakmond and Paloe Moon Lane is entertainment, for sure, as only about 1 in 10 cars stop. The "California Roll" is alive and well in Daybreak.

that's a great idea, I am meeting the city this thursday, hope you can make it so we can get all the hot spots tagged for data stripping (first step in "operation traffic control", funny name)
