I guess the title sounds like a law firm but, last night, there were more "eggings". It is rare not to see teens out past the curfew hour and a friend of mine, who gets home from work around 3:30 AM, sees groups of teens out at that hour. Of course, he also sees the security folks sleeping or reading the paper. Aside from the fact that I grew up in a time when parents taught their children not to cause damage to other people's property (harmless pranks aside), the parents most-often knew where their children were, at night. It isn't attributable to any demographic but I've seen more "bad parenting" here than in any of the three states I've lived in, in the past 8 years. Where were your children, last night, after dark?
