Hey, this is an absolutely great group of people that frequent these gatherings. No matter who you are, you will feel comfortable there. It is definitely not all couples! Look for me when you get there!

I have no idea what you look like, so how could I look for you? lol. What if you would prefer to drink something other then wine? Is that a no no? I'll still bring a bottle of wine.

We have people that don't drink wine come and bring other stuff. That is totally fine. Just ask for "Don" when you get there. Most people know me 'cause I have been there every month for almost 3 years! Plus, I always meet new people too.

I have set up a page on Facebook for the wine club gatherings. It will have pics, schedule, all that good stuff. If you have a facebook profile, add "Don Lamoureux" as a freind and then join the club. If you don't, well, go to www.facebook.com and get one! Then join the Daybreak Wine Club Group. You will see it on my profile page.

Not everyone is excited about having their photos posted publicly. I suggest you contact all participants of the wine club and give them the option to opt out for photo posting.(don't post mine).

In addition, do we want the schedule and club information on a site where anybody can pick it up? (I vote no, especially if it's at my house).

That is why I recommended the facebook page. It is a private club on there, and each member has to be approved before they can be in the group. That way it can't be accessed by just anybody. Anyone on Facebook can see the title of the group, but I have to give them approval to join, and only then can they see the group details. Unfortunately, since KL has decided to pull our secure site down until further notice, an alternative needs to be provided.

On the other hand, we had several new people who visited last Saturday who would not have known about it were it not for this website. You can be totally anonymous if you want "George", but that is not my choice. You can click on my profile here and get my real name, and a little bit about me.
