Yes, I do choose to remain anonymous as there are way too many whack jobs waiting to become stalkers. I prefer to interact on a personal basis, giving people my information as I choose while looking them in the eye, not as decided by someone who sets up an online community site.

Personal choice is still OK as far as I know. It hasn't been legislated out of style yet.

I think you can be as private as possible on Facebook too. You can set up various profiles and grant different access right to your "friends".

Anyway, I had a fun time on Sat. It's good to meet so many people there. Apparently, it was a relatively smaller event already .
