Tonight there was a guy taking pictures of peoples houses and backyards in the dark wearing a hooded sweatshirt. When I confronted him he refused to look at me or answer he went on to the next house. The police came out but he was gone and they could not find him. He did stop in the DCC at one point and said he was a photography student, then why did he not answer me. I found this out because I had him followed and then called the DCC. I was told that security was coming to my house which they never did. He took pictures on numerous streets. He was wearing a grey hoodie with dark sleeves with a "DC" on the front. If anyone knows who this was please say something to put a family at ease! Thanks

What streets was he doing this on? Was he tall like 6'4" and could you see if he had grey hair?

Mark, sorry I just saw this. No, he was late teens, early twenties. Since he was hooded I have no idea what hair color he has.
