looks like the HOA did it again, and they wonder why the homeowners do not trust them...apparently a homeowners submitted a CC&R form (in person, since CCMC has failed to submit an electronic solution to ensure anonymity) and then the HOA team told the homeowner whom the claim was against who submitted the form, this is one of the reasons that some of the old HOA staff was fired...this is a major set back...a public apology needs to be made to the ENTIRE community...

This is not difficult...you'd think with what we pay the HOA that we could find qualified people who can keep confidential issues...well, confidential. Unacceptable!

I can overlook a lot of things but I can't overlook this. It just discourages people from reporting things. Maybe that is what they want. Reporters may have to use fake names.

OH the grandville leak... that was FUN! Oh so fun because I live on grandville, and we had a couple of run ins with the neighbors who were complained against..... yelling at me to mind my own business. "how dare you file complaints against me, who are you anyways>" Uhh..... just someone who shares a house with the person who complained. So yes... that "leak" from Jim Flippen (flippen idiot) could have caused harm to me and my young children, Thanks Jim!
