It would seem reasonable that as residents we should be getting a report from the HOA/BOD on each meeting that lists items discussed, summary of resident comments, items acted upon, and items they said they would take action on later.

They send out so many other emails - some more useful in community information than others - why can't they send this out?

It would seem a simple and inexpensive way for residents to get a sense of the BOD's take on the meeting and hold them more accountable by documenting it for the broad community that couldn't be at the meeting.
