Immunity idol is buried. Not the staff.

The HOA is digging up more than idols. Has anyone noticed the HOA staff has multiplied faster than the occupants of a bunny hutch?

We have more HOA staff than ever before and they all have an assistant. The splash pool has a staff member watching it, even when it's empty.

We only have 1600 homes. Can you imagine the HOA overhead when we reach 2500. The HOA will need to build an office right next to the Rio Tinto monolith to house their troops.

I'm not seeing better management from the HOA as promised. The HOA says they hire professionals, and pay them accordingly. Sorry, not seeing the "professional" happening, especially for the kind of money thrown at the HOA employees,

I can only guess why our HOA needs the level of staffing now in place;
1. CCMC has horribly arcane procedures and processes.
2. CCMC is a really bad management company.
3. If the office is full of people, everyone will think something productive is getting done.

I can't wait for someone to carve their own immunity idol and watch someone else try to pull it out during tribal counsel.

Can you post a current list of HOA employees along with their job description and contact info?

I know the HOA was suppose to keep us informed of changes and even post the information on Daybreakliving.net, but so far they haven't done it. And from all the emails I get from HOA from names I don't recognize it would be nice to know what they do.

(I sent an email to Tina asking for this info to be posted on Daybreakliving.net and nothing has happened.)
