Does anyone know what is on the agenda for tonights DCC meeting? I thought the HOA was suppose to send out an Agenda for each meeting before it happened so residents would know what it going to be discussed?

I will have to miss this meeting, but I hope to see a review posted on here during the next couple of days.

One issue that I have is: why isn't information sent out concerning the smaller meetings that take place? The other day a neighbor mentioned to my wife that there is going to be a meeting concerning the beaches, but I haven't heard anything from the HOA about that. When the skateboard park meetings were taking place I only found out about them at the last minute from a neighbor who lives behind me wanting to see if we were going to be there. I will be sending an email to Ty and Derek trying to get more information out to the community concerning all the meetings that take place.

What are some other issues that need to be addressed - if I feel strong about the issues I will contact Ty & Derek and let them know my two-cents worth too!

Does anyone know when the budget meetings start?

No, the HOA provides agendas for meetings at the door, at least for the meetings I attend. Here is the announcement for the meeting, tonight. It's the LiveDaybreak meeting, as you probably know NOT the Board of Directors meeting for the community. (8/26/09) This announcement was in the weekly email blast from the HOA's service, entitled "What's Happening in Daybreak 8-14-09"

Sentinel, thanks for straightening me out I was thinking this was the BOD meeting! I think it's time for a vacation....

I hope that everyone who visits this site and has a real concern about bettering the community will attend the Board meeting tomorrow night.

The HOA's duty to the community is discharged based on their perception of residents' interest and they guage that by the numbers at their various meetings. See you there!

I know they schedule these for their own convenience but they would get a much better turnout if they had the meetings a little later after people get home from work!

Great meeting, lots of people, viable suggestions and a panel of bobbleheads. Robert, you should have been here when they held them at 11:30 AM. It's still going on, believe it or not.
